St. Louis District Office For Region VII SBA Lenders (MO, IA, NE, KS) Tuesday, July 22, 2014 10:00 - 11:15 a.m. This webinar will cover step-by-step instructions on how to access and use the new 1502 Dashboard to research and manage your SBA portfolio history.  The 1502 Reporting is mandatory on all loans with an outstanding SBA guaranty, regardless of payment activity.  Victor Cruz from Colson Services Corporation (SBA Fiscal Transfer Agent) will provide expert instruction on how to use the new system. What is the 1502 Dashboard? 1502 Dashboard is a Colson Services web based software solution system that: * Leverages internet technology to review the history of a lender's SBA portfolio and its servicing fees, * Allows user to see when 1502 report was submitted and what data was submitted on a particular date. * Allows user to hover over screen and see who at the bank is responsible for the 1502 submissions. * Will enable user to fix errors in historical submission in real time and instant validation provides comfort that there are no errors in data entry *Provides automated report features * Includes "Reported with errors" and "Unreported" tabs that show which loans have these issues. * Overall programming very "user-friendly" and has a SEARCH feature.
