Participants will learn the fundamentals of starting and owning a small business in Michigan along with how to write a comprehensive business plan and prepare financial statements.  Business plans are important to help you set goals, determine resources needed to carry out your plan, and  foresee problems.  This course will discuss each section of a business plan including: Executive summary, business description, marketing,  operations, management, sales, financials and lending.
