The balance of the budget is the weighing of unforeseen occurrences and the tried and true data of consensus growth and production meeting to a leader that can cover all of it which in most world leader positions is a rarity although the people still prosper despite futility exercised by government to control the flow of money which has taken a life of its own in the understanding of world economics for no longer will the people of any nation sell themselves out of thinking they have the only good people in the world to keep the balance because our money is all connected through technology now and a more worldly exchange of ideas.
